About VDSAI
Industrial supply chains move trillions of dollars a year. They run on trust that has never been verified.
Every major transaction category has a trust layer. SSL/TLS for the internet. SWIFT for international wire transfers. Visa and Mastercard for payments. These aren't features — they're infrastructure. They exist because the systems built on top of them couldn't function without a verified foundation.
Industrial supply chains have never had one.
Suppliers are onboarded once, verified never, and trusted indefinitely. The corporate entity you vetted two years ago may have changed ownership, lost its licenses, or never been who they claimed in the first place. Nobody is checking. Meanwhile, AI systems are being deployed on top of that same unverified data — not automating supply chains, but automating supply chain risk.
We founded VDSAI in 2026 to build the trust layer that industrial commerce has always needed and that AI-driven supply chains now require.
Our mission
Make every industrial transaction as verifiable as a financial transaction.
The world we're building toward: a global network of verified industrial counterparties — where corporate identity, digital presence, and transaction data are authenticated end-to-end, where AI supply chain agents can operate with the same confidence as a human compliance team, and where the gap between who a supplier claims to be and who they actually are closes to zero.
The VDSAI founding team brings together backgrounds in enterprise software, supply chain operations, and finance. We've seen the verification gap from multiple angles — the enterprise buyer who trusted a supplier they shouldn't have, the supply chain system that had no way to flag the discrepancy, the AI tool that confidently sourced from an entity nobody had actually checked.

Industrial B2B Trust Infrastructure
We're looking for founders, operators, and enterprise partners who believe trust infrastructure is the most consequential unsolved problem in industrial AI. If that's you — whether as a design partner, a future customer, or someone who wants to build this with us — we'd like to hear from you.
